Curtis, former CEO of Steamboat Orthopaedic & Spine Institute, brings over 30 years of hands-on experience leading and consulting for orthopedic and surgical groups, medical practices, and diverse healthcare organizations. His expertise spans national client service, specializing in physician-centric strategies for medical groups, surgery centers, and hospitals. Starting with payer-side experience at Prudential and over a decade managing medical groups, Curtis is a results-driven executive dedicated to excellence, collaborating on physician strategies, surgeon efficiency, and optimizing healthcare operations for sustainable success nationwide.

John McDermott

John McDermott - Healthcare Technology and Contracts Consultant

John’s expertise lies in his ability to understand the multiple facets of complex healthcare IT-related issues that affect organizational success and then use technology solutions to address business problems, with a focus on usability and service. In the role of payer contracting John works to foster partnership with health plans, health systems, and employers to better align reimbursements to quality and outcomes. Jovanna Grissom

Jovanna Grissom has 25 years of healthcare industry experience with the last 17 years concentrated in the Ambulatory Surgery Center space. In all her roles she has provided leadership in multiple areas including clinical, operational, and business elements. Jovanna’s career started as a nurse in the operating room. She progressed to multiple leadership and management roles culminating in Vice President of Operations for multiple ambulatory surgery center management companies including Merdian Surgical Partners, Pinnacle III, and Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA).

Jeff Ozmon

Jeff Ozmon - Healthcare Practice Improvement Consultant

Jeff brings over 25 years of healthcare industry expertise, spanning health systems, hospitals, medical groups, and academic institutions. He recently collaborated with private equity startups in Dermatology and Cardiology, focusing on operational development, practice assessments, and revenue cycle improvement plans. Previously, as Senior VP at Atrium Health, Jeff led the Primary Care Division, overseeing one of the largest integrated groups in the US with over 800 providers and $800M in annual revenue across North and South Carolina.
